Season 2, Ep 7: A Biblical Study Guide for Equal Pulpits

June 20, 2022

This episode features the authors of the new book: The Biblical Study Guide for Equal Pulpits. Dr. Gale Yee and Dr. Sophia Magallanes-Tsang join us to discuss their respective chapters in a book that was written to both challenge and encourage the church towards a more equal pulpit. Dr. Gale elevates the prayers of lamentations throughout the Psalms and the importance of it’s applications today. Dr. Sophia explores the Song of Songs and concentrates on the voice of the Shulammite woman, an outsider, who prophetically challenges the monarchy and patriarchal system of the Solomonic legacy.
