ChristianityNext Issue #6: “Public and Political Theology for the Asian American Church” Winter 2022 is now available!
ChristianityNext seeks original submissions on the theme of Public and Political Theology for the Asian American Church.
ChristianityNext Winter 2021 devotes to featuring Trauma and Resilience in order to address the impact of the year 2020.
ChristianityNext Winter 2020 devotes to featuring Women and Biblical Traditions in order to unmask patriarchal epistemology. Navigating systems of power lack when women are excluded from the decision-making tables. Thus, in this issue we we seek to provide resources on gender inclusive pulpits through gender inclusive hermeneutics/exegesis.
ChristianityNext Winter 2019 issue features an article highlighting the historical relationship between Asian Americans and evangelicalism, while painting a portrait of the contemporary climate of this intersection. Other articles will feature narratives from those who have left evangelicalism entirely, as well as those who have left and returned. Articles explore this theme in diverse ways and propose new pathways for the future of evangelicalism among Asian Americans.
