Calling all Asian American women of faith!! Discover PastoraLab and join our upcoming cohort! This open house is a space crafted for you or anyone you know who may be interested in joining an upcoming cohort based in the NORCAL area. RSVP is not necessary, we are excited to see you there! PastoraLab for Asian American Women Ministers is a two-year program that equips Asian American women ministers with the knowledge, learning, and empowerment to advance their pastoral leadership.

  • Mutual Learning, Mutual Empowerment
  • The curriculum was developed by ISAAC and refined by Core Facilitators and Pastoras
  • Create an ecumenical/intergenerational Asian American space of belonging
  • Engage in mentorships with Asian American Faith Leaders
  • Build practices for a healthy and holistic ministry
  • Cultivate one’s Asian American Christian Multivocal Identities, and Adaptive Organizational Leadership
