Calling Asian American Women Faith Leaders

Amazing news! PastoraLab is recruiting for in-person cohorts in NY/NJ, Orange County, and possibly other locations nationwide starting 2024.
PastoraLab is made up of cohorts of 8-10 Asian American women in ministry, with each cohort meeting approximately once a month for the span of two years. The program includes a Biblical Studies/preaching curriculum that forms a hermeneutical foundation based on Asian American identities. PastoraLab also equips women in organizational leadership and holistic ministry, all while growing within a community of women empowering each other. PastoraLab is for both professional ministers as well as laywomen, those in church ministry as well as parachurch or other forms of ministry.
The commitment required for this program includes:
  • Readings and assignments in preparation for each monthly meeting
  • Attendance at monthly cohort meetings (2-½ hrs long/meeting)
  • Completion of online feedback form following each monthly session (5 min)
  • Possible in-person retreat for all PastoraLab cohort members (schedule, travel stipend, and registration fee TBD)
After the program ends, you will also get a certification of completion.
If we feel we have enough interest to begin a cohort in a particular location, then we will inform those interested regarding when we will begin accepting applications.
