TESTIMONIAL

“PastoraLab has been an unexpected blessing in so many ways. A year and a half ago, I came in primarily with a desire to learn with fellow sisters in Christ. But what I gained thus far is so much more than that. I have received new insights and knowledge on different practical leadership topics and most importantly, for the first time in many years of being in leadership, I felt seen, heard, and affirmed in a sacred gathering space. A space where we, as Asian American women leaders, are able to co-create with stories that bind our tears, pains, traumas, laughter, joy, and journey together.

The impact of PastorLab has been huge in such a short span of time. For example, early on, there was an identity formation exercise that was so powerful that I have since used this exercise 4-5 times within different ministry contexts and each time was very fruitful. Second, as this space continues to encourage and empower both my vertical identity (beloved daughter of God), and horizontal identity (how I and others see myself/me because of my social locations), I am better equipped to also encourage and empower others in identity and calling.”
