Call for Abstract Proposals – Gender and Ecojustice

Winter 2023 Issue

The next issue of ChristianityNext will be out in Winter 2023 and focused on Gender and Ecojustice. Manuscripts that expand understanding around topics of correlation between gender and ecology, the roots of the desacralization of nature and God’s creation, are welcome. Possible topics may include but are not limited to the biblical, historical, and psychological perspectives of Christians’attitudes and treatment of the planet and creation.

A 500-word abstract proposal is due by Friday, April 29, 2022. The abstracts will be reviewed by the editorial board and if accepted, invitations to submit a full manuscript will be sent out via email on Friday, May 13, 2022. The full manuscript will be due by Friday, September 23, 2022, and sent to reviewers.
